Perquisites Sample Clauses

Perquisites. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such perquisites as are generally provided to other senior officers of the Company in accordance with the then current policies and practices of the Company.

Perquisites. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the Company’s executive perquisites in accordance with the terms and conditions of such arrangements as are in effect from time to time for the Company’s senior-level executives.

Perquisites. Executive shall be entitled to such other benefits and perquisites that are generally available to Company’s senior executive employees and as provided in accordance with Company’s plans, practices, policies and programs for senior executive employees of Company.

Perquisites. The Company shall provide to Executive all perquisites which other senior executives of the Company are generally entitled to receive.

Perquisites. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall participate in all fringe benefits and perquisites available to executives of Holding and the Company at levels and on terms and conditions that are commensurate with his position and responsibilities at Holding and the Company. The Executive shall also receive such additional fringe benefits and perquisites as Holding and the Company may, in their discretion, from time to time elect to provide.

Perquisites. Employee shall be entitled to receive such other executive perquisites, fringe and other benefits as are provided to officers at the same grade level under any of the Company’s plans and/or programs in effect from time to time.

Perquisites. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to receive (in addition to the benefits described above) such perquisites and fringe benefits appertaining to his position in accordance with any policies, practices, and procedures established by the Board, as amended from time to time.

Perquisites. The Executive shall be entitled to perquisites on the same basis as provided to other senior level executive officers at the Company.

Perquisites. During the Term, the Company shall provide the Executive with suitable offices, secretarial and other services, and other perquisites to which other executives of the Company generally are (or become) entitled, to the extent as are suitable to the character of the Executive’s position with the Company, subject to such specific limits on such perquisites as may from time to time be imposed by the Company’s Board and the Chief Executive Officer.

Perquisites. Executive shall be entitled to receive the perquisites and fringe benefits appertaining to an executive officer of the Company, in accordance with any practice established by the Compensation Committee.
