Additional Perquisites. During the Employment Term, the Company shall, to the extent reasonable and customary and consistent with the Company’s past practice, reimburse the executive for (i) an annual physical inspection by a physician reasonably acceptable to the Company, (ii) a life insurance policy for the Executive with a coverage amount of at least $300,000 and (iii) airline club cards.
