Additional Pharmacy Requirements of the Social Security Act. (A) Pursuant to Section 1903(m)(2)(A)(xiii) of the Social Security Act, an outpatient drug dispensed as a Covered Service to an Enrollee shall be subject to the same rebate requirements that the Department is subject to under Section 1927 of the Social Security Act and the Department shall collect such rebates from manufacturers and shall retain the rebate payments.
