Additional Post-Termination Covenants. (a) Upon Termination of Employment hereunder, regardless of the date, cause, or manner of such termination, Executive shall resign and does resign from all positions as an officer of the Company and from any other positions with the Company, with such resignations to be effective upon the Termination Date.
