Additional Pre-construction Procedures for Facilities Placed in Conduit System. The following procedures shall apply before Licensee places facilities in BellSouth's conduit system: 10.2.1 Licensee shall give written notice of the type of facilities which are to be placed; and 10.2.2 BellSouth shall designate the particular duct or ducts or inner ducts (if available) to be occupied by Licensee's facilities, the location and manner in which Licensee's facilities will enter and exit BellSouth's conduit system, and the specific location and manner of installation of any associated equipment which is permitted by BellSouth to occupy the conduit system. Licensee may not occupy a duct other than the specified duct without the express written consent of XxxxXxxxx. BellSouth shall provide to Licensee space in manholes for racking and storage of up to fifty (50) feet of cable, provided space is available.
