Additional Prerequisites. During the term of this Agreement, Company shall provide Executive with:
(a) Not less than three (3) weeks paid vacation during each calendar year.
(b) A vehicle commensurate with Executive's position.

(a) Not less than five (5) weeks paid vacation during each calendar year.
(b) A vehicle commensurate with Executive's position.
(c) A golfing membership at various Social Clubs, or in the event of Executive's relocation, other comparable country club, including payment by the Company of all charges incurred by Executive at such club.

Additional Prerequisites. During the term of this Agreement, Company shall provide Executive with:
(a) Not less than three(3) weeks paid vacation during each calendar year.
(b) An automobile allowance of six hundred thirty dollars ($630.00) per month.
(c) A golfing membership, including initiation and monthly fees, at a country club as shall be approved by the Chief Executive Officer of Company, in his sole and absolute discretion.
Additional Prerequisites. In addition to the above-listed requirements, Client must satisfy all of the following Program-related pre-requisites to qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee:
i. completed the entirety of the Program as described in the version of the manual provided at the time of enrollment. (i.e., completion of exercise, nutrition & hydration);
ii. attended or watched all weekly Tuesday night coaching call;
iii. watched the program videos published by Company on a daily basis, each of which are approximately eight (8) to ten (10) minutes in duration; and
iv. actively participated in all weekly calls with Company’s coaches.
Additional Prerequisites. During the term of this Agreement, Company shall provide Executive with:
(a) Not less than four (4) weeks paid vacation during each calendar year.
(b) An automobile allowance equal to the value of a Suburban, but in no event in excess of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per month.
