Additional Prerequisites. During the term of this Agreement, Company shall provide Executive with: (a) Not less than three (3) weeks paid vacation during each calendar year. (b) A vehicle commensurate with Executive's position. (c) A golfing membership at Hillcrest Country Club or other comparable country club.
