Additional Pricing. Hourly Rate for Services Not Specified but Provided by Service Provider Employees (including but not limited to modifications, consulting, exit strategy development, transition, etc.) are documented below. Such services will be provided solely at the Service Provider’s discretion. Service Provider is not obligated to provide additional services not specified in this agreement. The employee category is defined by the Service Provider. The rates documented below shall be commercially reasonable and designated by the Service Provider, closest to its current cost to provide the service. The hourly rates below include the 4.5% amount for inflation each year. These rates apply to internal Service Provider employees only, and should external resources be required, the costs for those external resources will be reviewed with the Service Receiver prior to execution of the project.
