Additional Production Notices. Producer shall notify RPMG of anticipated production downtime or disruption in DG availability at least three (3) months in advance of such outage. Producer shall timely inform RPMG of daily inventories, plant shutdowns, daily production projections, and any other information (i) to facilitate RPMG’s performance of the Agreement or (ii) that may have a material adverse effect on RPMG’s ability to perform the Agreement.
