Additional Provisions Concerning the Trustee. U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association is acting under this Seventh Supplemental Indenture solely in its capacity as Trustee under the Base Indenture and not in its individual capacity. In acting hereunder, the Trustee shall be entitled to all of the rights, privileges and immunities granted to it under the Base Indenture, as if such rights, privileges and immunities were set forth herein.

Additional Provisions Concerning the Trustee. (a) The Trustee may execute any of the trusts or powers hereof and perform any of its duties by or through attorneys, agents or receivers appointed with due care, and shall not be responsible for any willful misconduct or negligence on the part of any agent, attorney, custodian or nominee so appointed with due care.
