Common use of ADDITIONAL REMEDIES, WAIVERS, ETC Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL REMEDIES, WAIVERS, ETC. With respect to the rights and remedies of and waivers by Landlord: (a) the rights and remedies of Landlord set forth herein shall be in addition to any other right and remedy now and hereafter provided by law. All such rights and remedies shall be cumulative and not exclusive of each other. Landlord may exercise such rights and remedies at such times, in such order, to such extent, and as often as Landlord deems advisable without regard to whether the exercise of one right or remedy precedes, concurs with or succeeds the exercise of another.
