Lease Terms. 8.1. The Tenant must observe and perform all conditions and covenants that apply to the Allotment Site contained in any lease under which the Council hold the Allotment Site.
Lease Terms. The term of this Lease shall be for a period commencing at 12:00 noon on or after August 16, 2024 (Starting Date) and ending at 12:00 noon on July 31, 2025 (Ending Date) to coincide with the Fall, Spring, and Summer Semester Terms (Academic Year) at the University of Akron unless sooner terminated as provided herein. The Starting Date may be changed by Landlord if Resident is renewing their lease or changed by Resident and their move in day schedule. Earlier move in dates may be available depending on Unit availability and conditions. If Landlord determines that Resident’s Bedroom or Unit is not available for occupancy by the Starting Date, Landlord will notify when will be available for occupancy. Under no circumstances will Landlord be liable to Resident for any damages of any kind, related to the failure of Resident’s Bedroom or Unit not being ready for occupancy, nor shall this agreement be void or voidable. If the assigned Unit becomes unavailable or uninhabitable, Resident(s) will be assigned another comparable Bedroom and / or Unit. Resident is liable under the terms of this Lease for the full Lease Term regardless of whether or not Resident occupies the Unit. Resident will not be released from their liability and has no right to withhold or reduce rent for any purpose including but not limited to school withdrawal or transfer, change in "student" status, work or business transfer, loss of job, marriage, divorce, loss of any Resident's in the Unit, health, even an Act of God, or for any other reason, except for involuntary military service. Accordingly, Resident’s obligation to pay Rent shall continue until all sums hereunder are paid in full.
Lease Terms. Except where a Railcar is being conveyed on a Closing Date and the related Series Supplement references this Section 5.01(w) and permits an exception hereto, each Railcar Conveyed on the relevant Delivery Date is subject to a Permitted Lease, which Lease (together with the other Leases that are or have been the subject of such Conveyances) contains rental and other terms which are no different, taken as a whole, from those for similar railcars in the Servicer’s Fleet.

The Lease Payments shall be payable as follows: The balance of the Lease Payments in 60 consecutive monthly payments in the amount of $21,600 payable on the 25st day of each month commencing June 25, 2008. In addition, Leasee shall pay all sales and other taxes and charges payable hereunder. Whenever any payment is not made within ten (10) days of the date when due, Leasee shaft pay a late payment charge of five (5%) percent of alt monies due but unpaid. The charge and collection of this late charge shall not preclude Lessor from enforcing any and all other remedies available to Lessor hereunder.
Lease Terms. We may choose to lease certain Equipment to subscribers. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or your applicable Promotion Agreement(s), Leased Equipment shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of DISH, and we may, without notice at any time and from time to time, replace Leased Equipment with new or reconditioned Leased Equipment, and upon cancellation or disconnection of your Services, remove or require the return of such Leased Equipment. The satellite antenna and mounting hardware (but not the LNBF) are your fixtures, are not Leased Equipment and should not be returned to DISH. None of the Leased Equipment (or any portion thereof) will be deemed a fixture or part of your real property. We may make such filings and recordings that we may consider necessary to evidence our ownership rights in Leased Equipment, and you agree to execute any and all documents that we may consider necessary for us to make such filings. Our ownership of Leased Equipment may be displayed by notice contained on it. You have no right at any time to pledge, sell, mortgage, otherwise encumber, give away, alter or tamper with Leased Equipment, to remove or relocate Leased Equipment from your residence or to tamper with or alter any notice of our ownership on such Leased Equipment. Any removal or relocation of such Leased Equipment from your residence must be performed consistent with our instructions or by DISH or our designee(s) at our then-current service rates. You may not attach any electrical or other devices to, or in any way alter, any Leased Equipment without our prior written consent. You are responsible for preventing the loss or destruction of Leased Equipment and we recommend that Leased Equipment be covered by your homeowners, renters or other insurance policy.
Lease Terms. A new effectively full repairing and insuring lease for a term to be agreed.

Lease Terms. The Association agrees to lease the Leased Area to the Lessee under terms contained in this Agreement.
1 The Lessee is a resident of the Subdivision and has paid all maintenance fees due and payable by Lessee as of the date of this Agreement. If the Association discovers that the Lessee has not paid all maintenance fees payable by Lessee as of the date of this Agreement, then the Association may cancel this Agreement and retain the Rental Deposit.
2 Lessee may cancel this Agreement any time prior to fourteen (14) days before the Rental Date, in which case the Association will return the Rental Deposit. If Lessee cancels this Agreement on or within fourteen (14) days before the Rental Date, the Association shall be entitled to retain the Rental Deposit and Lessee shall pay to the Association one-half (½) of the Estimated Rental Fee which Lessee will promptly tender.
3 The Rental Deposit is due fourteen (14) days prior to the Rental Date. A MONEY ORDER is the only acceptable method of payment. The Estimated Rental Fee is due on or before the Rental Date. If the Estimated Rental Fee does not accurately reflect the actual rental fee, the Association or Lessee, as the case may be, will refund or tender the difference between the actual rental fee and the Estimated Rental Fee to the other party on or before fourteen (14) days from the Rental Date.
4 Lessee will only use the Leased Area for lawful purposes and in such a manner as is permitted by the deed restrictions, bylaws, rules and regulations governing the Association or the Subdivision, and any written or verbal instructions issued by a member of the Board of the Association. Lessee will be present at the Leased Area at all times during the rental of the Leased Area. The maximum numbers of guests that the Lessee can invite to attend any function at the Leased Area during the rental period, regardless of whether they are residents of the Subdivision or otherwise, is 75 per room for the Clubhouse only rental. Lessee and all guests of Lessee will vacate the Leased Area no later than the Lease Ending Time, with a reasonable amount of time for clean-up.
Lease Terms. Aberdeenshire Council is seeking to lease the property on a six year internal repairing and insuring basis, incor- porating a rent review after the third year. There will be options for the tenant to terminate at the end of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years, subject to a penalty payment of 15% of the annual rent. No service charge is applicable.
