Additional Rent Payment Sample Clauses
The Additional Rent Payment clause requires the tenant to pay amounts beyond the base rent, typically covering costs such as property taxes, insurance, maintenance fees, or utilities associated with the leased premises. These payments are usually calculated based on the tenant’s proportionate share of the building or as specified in the lease, and may be billed monthly, quarterly, or as expenses arise. This clause ensures that the landlord is reimbursed for operating expenses related to the property, thereby allocating ongoing property costs fairly between landlord and tenant.
