Additional Rental Time Clause Samples
The "Additional Rental Time" clause defines the terms under which a renter may extend the use of a rented property or equipment beyond the originally agreed-upon period. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting extra time, any applicable fees or rate adjustments, and the conditions that must be met for approval. For example, it may specify that additional hours or days are billed at a set rate and require advance notice to the owner. Additional Rental Time. Any additional time that needs to be added to your rental must be at least 30-days prior to your event. Additional time before the start of your event will not be allotted if the time has not been paid for prior to.
Additional Rental Time. Customer may rent a dumpster for additional time on a weekly basis at the rate of $50.00 per dumpster for each additional week.
Additional Rental Time. User agrees to pay ECM a fee in the amount of $100.00 for daytime and $200.00 for each additional hour, or portion thereof, over the above-stated four-hour period. The adding of additional time is per availability and is not guaranteed unless discussed at time of contract signing.
Additional Rental Time a. When available, CH Event Center may be rented for additional days at the day rate – up to 4 (four) days prior and 1 (one) day extra after the Event for set-up and tear-down purposes only. You may not hold additional events without prior consent by CH Event Center.
b. In the event that Client does not have all items removed during the Access Period, the following fee’s will be applied:
1. Per day - $150 *(after 3 days, all items will be removed and discarded by CH Event Center.)
2. Meeting vendor for pick-up of items - $75 per occurance
