Additional Reports and Provision of Returns. (a) In order to assist Party B in interpreting and reporting the Company’s financial performance to meet its reporting requirements, the Company shall provide, with the assistance of its outside auditor as necessary or convenient, without charge, to Party B such additional reports, financial data and information in English, and in the format, style and structure as Party B may reasonably request.   • Additional Reports Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.
