Additional Reports and Provision of Returns. (a) In order to assist Party B in interpreting and reporting the Company’s financial performance to meet its reporting requirements, the Company shall provide, with the assistance of its outside auditor as necessary or convenient, without charge, to Party B such additional reports, financial data and information in English, and in the format, style and structure as Party B may reasonably request.

Additional Reports and Provision of Returns. The Company shall provide, without charge, to any Party that may so request a copy of each tax return and report that it is required to file with any governmental entity in sufficient time prior to such filing to permit its review by such Party prior to filing.

  • Additional Reports Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.

Within seven days after the date of this Agreement, the Recipient shall register in XXX.xxx, and thereafter maintain the currency of the information in XXX.xxx until at least October 1, 2022.   • Annual Report of Assessment of Compliance with Servicing Criteria (a) The Servicer shall cause a firm of independent certified public accountants, who may also render other services to the Servicer, the Depositor or their Affiliates, to deliver to the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee on or before March 15 of each year, beginning March 15, 2016 (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), a report (the “Report of Assessment of Compliance with Servicing Criteria”) delivered to the Board of Directors of the Servicer and to the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee that satisfies the requirements of Rule 13a-18 or Rule 15d-18 under the Exchange Act and Item 1122 of Regulation AB, as applicable, on the assessment of compliance with Servicing Criteria with respect to the prior calendar year. The certificates and reports referred to in Section 4.01(a), Section 4.01(b) and this Section 4.02(a) shall be delivered within 120 days after the end of each calendar year if the Issuing Entity is not required to file periodic reports under the Exchange Act or any other law, beginning April 30, 2017.
