Common use of Additional Reports by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Additional Reports by Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall report to the Depositor, the Servicer and the Certificate Insurer with respect to the amount then held in each Account (including investment earnings accrued or scheduled to accrue) held by the Trustee and the identity of the investments included therein, as the Depositor, the Servicer or the Certificate Insurer may from time to time request in writing. (b) From time to time, at the request of the Certificate Insurer, the Trustee shall report to the Certificate Insurer with respect to its actual knowledge, without independent investigation, of any breach of any of the representations or warranties relating to individual Mortgage Loans set forth in any Unaffiliated Seller's Agreement or in Section 3.01 or 3.02 hereof. The Trustee shall also provide the Certificate Insurer such other information as may be reasonably requested by it.

The Trustee shall also provide the Certificate Insurer such other information as may be reasonably requested by it.

(a) The Trustee shall report to the Depositor, the Servicer Certificate Insurer and the Certificate Insurer Servicer with respect to the amount then held in each Account (including investment earnings accrued or scheduled to accrue) held by the Trustee and the identity of the investments included therein, as the Depositor, the Servicer Certificate Insurer or the Certificate Insurer Servicer may from time to time request in writing. (b) From time to time, at the request of the Certificate Insurer, the Trustee shall report to the Certificate Insurer with respect to its actual knowledge, without independent investigation, of any breach of any of the representations or warranties relating to individual Mortgage Loans set forth in any Unaffiliated Seller's Agreement or in Section 3.01 or 3.02 hereof. The Trustee shall also provide the Certificate Insurer such other information as may be reasonably requested by itthem.

(b) From time to time, at the request of the Certificate Insurer, the Trustee shall report to the Certificate Insurer with respect to its actual knowledge, without independent investigation, of any breach of any of the representations or warranties relating to individual Mortgage Loans set forth in any Unaffiliated Seller's Purchase Agreement or in Section 3.01 3.1 or 3.02 3.2 hereof. The Trustee shall also provide the Certificate Insurer such other information as may be reasonably requested by it.

The Trustee shall also provide the Certificate Insurer such other information as may be reasonably requested by it.
