Reports by the Property Trustee. Within 60 days after May 15 of each year, the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Trust Securities such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form, in the manner and at the times provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.
Reports by the Property Trustee. (a) The Property Trustee shall transmit to Securityholders such reports concerning the Property Trustee and its actions under this Trust Agreement as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto. If required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Property Trustee shall, within sixty days after each May 15 following the date of this Trust Agreement deliver to Securityholders a brief report, dated as of such May 15, which complies with the provisions of such Section 313(a).
(b) A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to Holders, be filed by the Property Trustee with each national stock exchange, the Nasdaq National Market or such other interdealer quotation system or self-regulatory organization upon which the Trust Securities are listed or traded, with the Commission and with the Sponsor.
Reports by the Property Trustee. (a) The Property Trustee shall transmit to the Securityholders such reports concerning the Property Trustee, its actions under this Trust Agreement and the property and funds in its possession in its capacity as the Property Trustee as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto.
(b) A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to the Holders, be filed by the Property Trustee with the American Stock Exchange, Inc., and each national securities exchange or other organization upon which the Trust Securities are listed, and also with the Commission and the Depositor.

Within 60 days after September 1 of each year, commencing September 1, ____, the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Preferred Securities such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.
Reports by the Property Trustee. Within 60 days after May 15 of each year (commencing with the year of the first anniversary of the issuance of the Trust Preferred Securities), the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Trust Preferred Securities such reports as are required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with the other requirements of Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Sponsor shall promptly notify the Property Trustee when the Trust Preferred Securities are listed on any stock exchange.

Within 60 days after [______ 15] of each year, commencing with the [______ 15] that first occurs following the issuance of the Securities, the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Trust Preferred Securities such reports as are required by ss.313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by ss.313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of ss.313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.

Within 60 days after ___________ of each year (commencing with the year of the first anniversary of the issuance of the Capital Securities), the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Capital Securities such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.

Within 60 days after May 31 of each year beginning with the May 31 next following the date of this Trust Agreement, the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Trust Securities such reports as are required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with Section 313(b) of the Trust Indenture Act, if and as required, in the form and manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.
