Common use of Additional Reports by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Additional Reports by Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall report to the Sponsor, the Certificate Insurer and the Master Servicer with respect to the amount then held in each Account (including investment earnings accrued or scheduled to accrue) held by the Trustee and the identity of the investments included therein, as the Sponsor, the Master Servicer or the Certificate Insurer may from time to time request. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Trustee shall, at the request of the Sponsor, the Master Servicer or the Certificate Insurer, transmit promptly to the Sponsor, the Certificate Insurer and the Master Servicer copies of all accounting of receipts in respect of the Mortgage Loans furnished to it by the Master Servicer and shall notify the Sponsor, the Certificate Insurer and the Master Servicer if any such receipts have not been received by the Trustee. (b) The Trustee shall immediately report to the Certificate Insurer, Sponsor and Master Servicer with respect to its actual knowledge, without independent investigation, of any breach of any of the representations or warranties relating to individual Mortgage Loans set forth in any Master Transfer Agreement or in Section 3.3(a) hereof.

(a) The Indenture Trustee shall report to the Sponsor, the Certificate Note Insurer and the Master Servicer with respect to the amount then held in each Account (including investment earnings accrued or scheduled to accrue) held by the Indenture Trustee and the identity of the investments included therein, as the Sponsor, the Master Servicer or the Certificate Note Insurer may from time to time request. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Indenture Trustee shall, at the request of the Sponsor, the Master Servicer or the Certificate Note Insurer, transmit promptly to the Sponsor, the Certificate Note Insurer and the Master Servicer copies of all accounting of receipts in respect of the Mortgage Loans furnished to it by the Master Servicer and shall notify the Sponsor, the Certificate Note Insurer and the Master Servicer if any such receipts have not been received by the Indenture Trustee. (b) The Indenture Trustee shall immediately report to the Certificate Note Insurer, Sponsor and Master Servicer with respect to its actual knowledge, without independent investigation, of any breach of any of the representations or warranties relating to individual Mortgage Loans set forth in any Master the Mortgage Loan Transfer Agreement or in Section 3.3(a3.03(a) hereofthe Sale and Servicing Agreement.
