Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance. The policy or policies shall name or cover as additional insureds the officers, agents and employees of the State Agency and the State of Georgia, but only with respect to claims for which the Georgia Tort Claims Act, O.C.G.A. (S) 50-21-20 et seq. is not the exclusive remedy.
