ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS ON PC SOFTWARE. (a) Except as specifically set forth herein, all other restrictions on use, copying or disclosure of the RMSS Software and Licensee's agreement to maintain the confidentiality thereof shall apply to the PC Software and its Documentation.
