ADDITIONAL RIGHTS ACQUIRED / EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS. 3.1 The Seller may in its discretion make Rules in terms of section 10 of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, which confer rights of exclusive use and enjoyment in favour of the Purchaser, of those areas of the common Property that is attached to the Right to Exclusive use in clause 3 of the SCHEDULE.
