Built-up Area. The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

The built-up area of the Open Terrace includes the Open Terrace Area and the thickness of the parapet walls thereof.

The built‐up area of the Open Terrace includes the Open Terrace Area and the thickness of the parapet walls thereof.

The built-up area for the Villa or any other Villa shall mean the Carpet Area of such Villa and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Bungalows/ Row House and any other Bungalows/ Row House and the niches/cupboard, elevation, treatment and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Bungalows/ Row House.

The built-up area of the Open Terrace includes the Open Terrace Area and the thickness of the parapet walls thereof.
Built-up Area shall in relation to the said Unit in the Building mean and include the covered/plinth area of such Unit and include the thickness of the external and internal walls thereof and columns therein PROVIDED THAT if any wall or column be common between two units, then one half of the area under such wall or column shall be included in the area of each such Unit.

The said minimum rate shall be subject to revision from time to time as be deemed fit and proper by the Promoter and/or the Maintenance In-charge at its sole and absolute discretion after taking into consideration the common services provided and the general escalation in the market rates of such services.
