Common use of Additional Rights and Obligations of Trustees Clause in Contracts

Additional Rights and Obligations of Trustees. (a) The duties, responsibilities and obligations of the Trustees shall be limited to those expressly set forth herein and no duties, responsibilities or obligations shall be inferred or implied. The Trustees shall not be subject to, nor required to comply with, any other agreement to which the FRBNY is a party, even though reference thereto may be made herein (unless the Trustees are also parties thereto). The Trustees shall not be required to, and shall not, expend or risk any of their own funds or otherwise incur any financial liability in the performance of any of their duties hereunder. Each Trustee shall devote such time as shall be necessary to carry out his or her duties with respect to the Trust as determined by such Trustee in accordance with his or her independent judgment.
