ADDITIONAL RIGHTS IN LICENSED MATERIALS. (a) Upon thirty (30) days advance written notice, Customer may relocate the Software permanently to a new processor of Customer. This new processor shall then become the Designated Processor in lieu of the former Designated Processor.
