Additional Seedlings or Planting Areas. a) When additional trees or planting areas become available, Taan and the Contractor shall mutually agree to an adjustment in contract price for the alterations to Rates and Payment. If no agreement can be reached, the contract shall be deemed terminated by mutual consent and the Contractor shall be paid only for work completed prior to termination of the contract for areas/trees included in the original Rates and Payment.
