Common use of Additional Senior Notes Clause in Contracts

Additional Senior Notes. Upon execution of this Fifth Supplemental Indenture, subject to Section 2.1 hereof, Additional Senior Notes may be executed by the Issuer. Such Additional Senior Notes may be delivered to the Trustee for authentication, and the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and deliver said Additional Senior Notes to or upon the written order of the Issuer, signed by its Chairman, President or any Vice President and its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, without any further action by the Issuer.
