Additional Series. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series after the effectiveness of this Agreement ("Additional Series"), Appendix A to this Agreement may be amended to make such Additional Series subject to this Agreement upon the approval of the Board of Trustees of the Trust and the shareholder(s) of the Additional Series, in accordance with the provisions of the Act. The Trust or the Adviser may elect not to make any such series subject to this Agreement.
Additional Series. In the event the Manager wishes to appoint the Sub-Advisor to perform the services described in this Agreement with respect to one or more additional Series of the Fund after the effective date of this Agreement, such Series will become a Series under this Agreement upon approval of this Agreement in the manner required by the 1940 Act and the amendment of Appendices A and B hereto.
Additional Series. In the event the Trust establishes one or more Funds after the effective date of this Agreement, such Funds will become Funds under this Agreement upon approval of this Agreement by the Board of Trustees with respect to the Funds and the execution of an amended Schedule I reflecting the Funds.
Additional Series. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more additional series of Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Bank render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Bank in writing, and if the Bank agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional issuance shall become Shares hereunder.
Additional Series. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of shares in addition to those set forth on Schedule 1 hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees to provide such services, such series of shares shall become a Series hereunder.
Additional Series. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of shares other than the Portfolio with respect to which Adviser desires to retain Sub-adviser to render investment advisory services hereunder, Adviser shall so notify Sub-adviser in writing, indicating the advisory fee to be payable with respect to the additional series of shares. If Sub-adviser is willing to render such services on the terms provided for herein, it shall so notify Adviser in writing, whereupon such series shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
Additional Series. In the event the Fund establishes one or more Series after the effective date of this Agreement, such Series will become Series under this Agreement upon approval of this Agreement for such Series in the manner required by the 1940 Act and the amendment of Schedules 1 and 2 hereto.
Additional Series. In the event the Corporation establishes one or more Funds after the effective date of this Agreement, such Funds will become Funds under this Agreement upon approval of this Agreement by the Board of Directors with respect to the Funds and the execution of an amended Schedule I reflecting the Funds.
Additional Series. The amendment of Schedule A to this Agreement for the sole purpose of adding one or more Portfolios shall not be deemed an amendment of this Agreement or an amendment affecting an already existing Portfolio and requiring the approval of shareholders of that Portfolio.
Additional Series. 8.01. In the event that the Company establishes one or more series of Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Agent in writing, and unless the Agent objects in writing to providing such services, the term "Company" hereunder, unless the context otherwise requires, shall be deemed to include each such series of Shares. All recordkeeping and reporting shall be done separately for each series. Unless the Company and the Agent agree to an amended fee schedule, the fee schedule attached hereto shall apply to each series separately.
