Common use of Additional Series Clause in Contracts

Additional Series. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more additional series of Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Bank render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Bank in writing, and if the Bank agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional issuance shall become Shares hereunder.

In the event that the Trust establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Funds with respect to which it desires to have the Bank render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Bank in writing, and if the Bank agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional issuance series of Shares shall become Shares a Fund hereunder.

Additional Series. 8.01 In the event that the Trust establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the six series indicated on the first page of this Agreement with respect to which it desires to have the Bank render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Bank in writing, and if the Bank agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional issuance series of Shares shall become Shares a Portfolio hereunder.
