Common use of Additional Space Clause in Contracts

Additional Space. C" Commencing on March 1, 1994 the LESSEE shall take and lease from the LESSOR an additional 10,042 (+/-) square feet of space ("ADDITIONAL SPACE") consisting of 1,250 (+/-) square feet of office space and 8,792 (+/-) of warehouse space located contiguous to the Initial Space, as shown on the space plan hereto annexed as Exhibit 1, outlined in yellow, and being identified thereon as "Additional Space C".

Additional Space. CB" Commencing on March May 1, 1994 1992 the LESSEE shall take and lease from the LESSOR an additional 10,042 (+/-) 5,021+/- square feet of space ("ADDITIONAL SPACE") consisting of 1,250 (+/-) 500+/- square feet of office space and 8,792 (+/-) 4,521+/- of warehouse space located contiguous to the Initial Space, as shown on the space plan hereto annexed as Exhibit 1, outlined in yellow, and being identified thereon as "Additional Space CB".

Additional Space. CB" Commencing on March May 1, 1994 1992 the LESSEE shall take and lease from the LESSOR an additional 10,042 5,021 (+/-) square feet of space ("ADDITIONAL SPACE") consisting of 1,250 500 (+/-) square feet of office space and 8,792 4,521 (+/-) of warehouse space located contiguous to the Initial Space, as shown on the space plan hereto annexed as Exhibit 1, outlined in yellow, and being identified thereon as "Additional Space CB".

Additional Space. C" Commencing on March 1, 1994 the LESSEE shall take and lease from the LESSOR an additional 10,042 (+/-) 10,042+/- square feet of space ("ADDITIONAL SPACE") consisting of 1,250 (+/-) 1,250+/- square feet of office space and 8,792 (+/-) 8,792+/- of warehouse space located contiguous to the Initial Space, as shown on the space plan hereto annexed as Exhibit 1, outlined in yellow, and being identified thereon as "Additional Space C".
