ADDITIONAL SPECIAL PROVISIONS. Section 23.1 COMPLIANCE WITH ANTI-TERRORISM, EMBARGO, SANCTIONS AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING LAWS.
(a) Borrower shall comply with all Requirements of Law (as defined herein) relating to money laundering, anti-terrorism, trade embargos and economic sanctions, now or hereafter in effect. Upon the Lender’s written request from time to time during the term of the loan evidenced by the Note, Borrower shall certify in writing to the Lender that Borrower’s representations, warranties and obligations under this Section 23.1 remain true and correct and have not been breached. Borrower shall immediately notify the Lender in writing if any of such representations, warranties or covenants are no longer true or have been breached or if Borrower has a reasonable basis to believe that they may no longer be true or have been breached. In connection with such an event, Borrower shall comply with all Requirements of Law and directives of Governmental Authorities (as defined herein) and, at the Lender’s written request, provide to the Lender copies of all notices, reports and other communications exchanged with, or received from, Governmental Authorities relating to such an event. Borrower shall also reimburse the Lender any expense incurred by the Lender in evaluating the effect of such an event on the loan evidenced by the Note and the Lender’s interest in the collateral for the loan evidenced by the Note, in obtaining any necessary license from Governmental Authorities as may be necessary for the Lender to enforce its rights under this Mortgage, the Loan Agreement, the Note or the Other Security Documents, and in complying with all Requirements of Law applicable to the Lender as a result of the existence of such an event and for any penalties or fines imposed upon the Lender as a result hereof. In connection herewith, “Governmental Authority” means any nation or government, any state or other political subdivision thereof, and any person exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to such government. In connection herewith, “Requirements of Law” means (a) the organizational documents of an entity, and (b) any law, regulation, ordinance, code, decree, treaty, ruling or determination of an arbitrator, court or other Governmental Authority, or any Executive Order issued by the President of the United States, in each case applicable to or binding upon such person or to which such person, any of its property or the conduct ...
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL PROVISIONS a. Lessor shall maintain duplicate keys to the outside doors of the Leased Premises Lessee shall not change the locks without providing a duplicate master key to Lessor.
b. Lessee agrees that it will not overburden the electrical and air conditioning systems servicing the Leased Premises.
c. Lessee has inspected the Leased Premises and accepts same in their current "as-is" condition, with no obligation of Lessor to now or hereafter undertake any corrective or remedial actions regarding the Leased Premises.

In addition to provisions set forth in Xxxxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxx hereby acknowledges and agrees that it has been provided notice by Lessor as to pending litigation in the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx xx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX-0000-000000, and further understands that Lessor does not, pursuant to the execution of this Lease, or otherwise, provide any representation, warranty or guarantee as to potential outcomes including, but not limited to, resulting consequences to Lessee resulting from the execution of this Lease. With this knowledge, Lessee hereby releases Lessor, including its officers and employees, from any claims of damages associated with the rights granted hereunder.
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL PROVISIONS. On May 20, 2016, CSRALLC changed its legal name from “CSC Government Solutions LLC” to “CSRA LLC”. In effectuating such change, CSRALLC did not comply with the prior notice requirements described in Section 10.1(c) of the RPA. By executing this Agreement, each Purchaser hereby waives such non-compliance.
