Transitional Provisions. 24.1. As from the official date of entry into force of the 01 series of amendments to this Regulation, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant or refuse to accept type approval under this Regulation as amended by the 01 series of amendments.
Transitional Provisions. If, on the date of signature of this Agreement, an employee is currently on maternity leave without pay or has requested a period of maternity leave but has not commenced the leave, she shall upon request be entitled to the provisions of this Article. Any application must be received before the termination date of the leave period originally requested.
Transitional Provisions. 16.1. As from the official date of entry into force of the 01 series of amendments, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant ECE approval under this Regulation as amended by the 01 series of amendments.
Transitional Provisions. These transitional provisions are applicable to employees who have been granted and have proceeded on leave on or after the date of signature of this agreement.
Transitional Provisions. 1. This Agreement shall not establish any entitlement to benefits for any period prior to its entry into force.

If, on the date of signature of the Memorandum of Agreement modifying the provisions of this Article, an employee is currently on parental leave without pay or has requested a period of such leave without pay but has not commenced the leave, he or she shall upon request be entitled to the provisions of this Article. Any application must be received before the termination date of the leave period originally requested. **ARTICLE 25 LEAVE WITHOUT PAY FOR THE CARE OF IMMEDIATE FAMILY
Transitional Provisions. Effective December 31, 2013, employees with more than two (2) years of continuous House of Commons employment shall be credited a one-time entitlement of thirty-five (35) hours of vacation leave with pay.
Transitional Provisions. 12.1. As from the official date of entry into force of Supplement 12 to this Regulation, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant approval under this Regulation as amended by Supplement 12 to the Regulation in its original form.
Transitional Provisions. Effective on the date of signing of the Collective Agreement, employees with more than two (2) years of service, as defined in clause B8.03, shall be credited a one-time entitlement of thirty- seven decimal five (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.
