Additional Storage Use Fee. $5 per square foot for all storage areas used outside the dressing room as requested by The Team, subject to the exception that the City shall permit game day equipment storage outside The Team dressing room if necessary at no extra cost. The size of the storage area shall be reviewed and agreed to by the City on a case-by-case basis, if available.
