Rental Rate Sample Clauses
Rental Rate. The Lessee shall pay rent to the Lessor for the premises at the following rate: Payment shall be made at the end of each month upon submission of properly executed vouchers.
Rental Rate. In addition to the amounts coming due under any other provision of this Agreement, you agree to pay us Rent without reduction or setoff and continuing without interruption until the later of (i) the conclusion of the Rental Period and (ii) the conclusion of the "Minimum Term," if any, specified on the Face Pages (including during repairs to Equipment that is returned in a damaged or excessively worn condition as described in Section 15. Except as expressly set forth herein, we charge Rent for all time for which the Equipment is outstanding, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We may adjust the rental rate at any time by notifying you in writing, which you agree may be in the form of an invoice.
Rental Rate. Lessee must pay lessor rental annually and in advance for each acre or fraction thereof during the continuance of the lease at the rate of $3.00 for each lease year.
Rental Rate. The initial annual rent for each Property will be equal to nine and forty-five hundredths (9.45%) percent of the Purchase Price for such Property, as defined in Exhibit "A". Rental Rate. If the term of this Lease begins on a day other than the first day of the month, the Monthly Rent stated above for the first month shall be prorated based on a thirty-day month and shall be due and payable at the time LESSEE signs this Lease.
Rental Rate. To Rent the Venue, the Renter agrees to pay the Landlord the fees outlined in detail in the booking process.

The rental rate per square foot of occupiable space for all space in the Building and other improvements will be in the best interest of the Federal Government and will carry out the objectives of this chap- ter. The aggregate rental rate for all space in the Building and other improvements shall produce an amount at least equal to the amount necessary to amortize the cost of de- velopment of squares 721 and 722 in the Dis- trict of Columbia over the life of the lease.
