ADDITIONAL SUB-CERTIFICATIONS AND REPORTS. The Custodian shall provide to the Funds: (a) sub-certifications in connection with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 certification requirements; and (b) periodic reports and reasonable documentation for delivery to the Funds’ Chief Compliance Officer in connection with Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act with respect to the Services and the Custodian’s compliance with its operating policies and procedures related thereto.

The Sub-Accounting Agent shall provide to the Administrator: (a) sub-certifications in connection with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 certification requirements; and (b) periodic reports and reasonable documentation for delivery to the Funds’ Chief Compliance Officer in connection with Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act with respect to the Services and the Sub-Accounting Agent’s compliance with its operating policies and procedures related thereto.

The Custodian reserves the right to amend and update its sub-certifications provided hereunder from time to time in order to address changing regulatory and industry developments.
