Common use of Additional Sums Due the Aviation Authority Clause in Contracts

Additional Sums Due the Aviation Authority. If the Aviation Authority has paid any sum or has incurred any obligation or expense for which Company agreed to pay or reimburse the Aviation Authority, or if the Aviation Authority is required or elects to pay any sum or incur any obligation or expense because of the failure, neglect or refusal of Company to perform or fulfill any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, then the same shall be deemed additional fees due hereunder, and Company shall, immediately upon demand by the Chief Executive Officer, reimburse the Aviation Authority therefor.
