Additional Tasks. Perform or provide the following additional Construction Phase tasks or deliverables: a. Submit a written report to Owner not less frequently than monthly providing a status report on the general progress of the Project, summarizing the accomplishments to date and highlighting points of concern. b. Conduct a one-year warranty review of the completed construction, and advise Owner of any defects that may need further attention by Contractor or Engineer.
