Additional Terms and Transaction Documents. In the event of a conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Additional Terms and any Transaction Document entered into under such Additional Terms, then, except as set forth in the applicable Additional Terms, the terms and conditions in the Transaction Document will control.
