ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO PERSONAL LINES OF CREDIT. This section contains additional terms and conditions pertaining to the overdraft protection personal line of credit account (“Line of Credit”). The terms and conditions in this section are in addition to and modify the terms and conditions of the Plan with respect to Lines of Credit. All other attributes, terms and conditions of the Plan, including but not limited to the security interest granted under Section 9 of Part A of this Agreement, are not modified by this section and will also govern your Line of Credit. In the event of an inconsistency between Part A and this Part B, the terms of this Part B shall prevail.
