A Late Payment Fee in an amount equal to $25.00 or 5% of the minimum payment, whichever is greater, will be imposed on payments that are not paid or are paid ten (10) or more calendar days after the payment due date, except to the extent that a Late Payment Fee is allowed only in a lesser amount or after a longer number of calendar days according to a state statute that is applicable notwithstanding federal law, 12 U.S.C. 1785(g)(1).
