Additional Terms for Total Consideration. i. Notwithstanding anything contained in Clause 1.7, the Promoter shall confirm the Net Area in place and stead of carpet area as provided in Clause 1.7. It has also been agreed by the parties that if there is reduction in the Net Area by more than 3% then only the Promoter shall refund the excess money paid by the Allottee. It also being agreed and acknowledged by the parties that in case of any dispute on the measurement of the Net area, the same shall be physically measured after removing all finishes that have been applied/ fitted and the cost of removal and refitting of such finishes shall be borne by the Party which raises the dispute in relation to the measurement of Net area.
