Additional Terms Respecting Transfers. a) Acceptance by the Landlord of Rent or other payments by a Transferee is not, (i) a waiver of the requirement for the Landlord to consent to the Transfer, (ii) the acceptance of the Transferee as Tenant, or (iii) a release of the Tenant from its obligations under this Lease.
