Status Statement. (a) Tenant shall, within ten (10) days after written request from Landlord, execute and deliver to Landlord, or to any actual or proposed lender, purchaser or assignee of Landlord, a statement or certificate (“Status Statement”), in such form as requested by Landlord, confirming (or, if such is not the case, stating Tenant’s objections thereto): (i) that this Lease is unmodified and in full force and effect; (ii) the date of commencement and expiry of the Term and the dates to which Basic Rent and any other Rent, including any prepaid rent have been paid; (iii) whether or not there is any existing default by either party under this Lease (any defaults to be expressly identified); (iv) that there is no reason why the obligations of Tenant under this Lease may not be fully enforced in accordance with their terms and that there are no defences, counter claims or rights of set off in respect of any of the same; (v) the particulars of any outstanding obligations, if any, or default, if any, under any agreement between the parties, other than this Lease, which would affect the obligations of any of the parties pursuant to this Lease; and/or (vi) any other items reasonably requested to be confirmed or acknowledged by Landlord or an actual or prospective mortgagee or purchaser. (b) In addition to the foregoing, the Status Statement may also require Tenant to: (i) provide full details of the financial and credit standing and details of the corporate organization of Tenant, including audited financial statements for such period of time as Landlord may require; and (ii) agree, confirm and acknowledge that Tenant will not agree to any amendment, surrender or early termination of this Lease and will not prepay any Rent by more than one (1) month beyond the specific terms hereof, without the prior written consent of any mortgagee or assignee of Landlord to which the Status Statement is given. (c) It is hereby understood and agreed that the Status Statement is intended to be relied upon by Landlord or an actual or prospective lender, purchaser and assignee of any interest of Landlord under this Lease or in the Project.

Status Statement. Within fifteen (15) days after request, the Lessee will sign and deliver to the Lessor a status statement or certificate, stating that this Lease is in full force and effect, any modifications to this Lease, the commencement and expiry dates of this Lease, the date to which Rent has been paid, the amount of any prepaid Rent or deposits held by the Lessor, whether there is any existing default and the particulars, and any other information required by the party requesting it.
Status Statement. Within ten (10) days after written request therefor by the Landlord, or in the event that upon any sale, assignment, lease or mortgage of the Leased Premises or the lands thereunder by the Landlord, a status statement shall be required from the Tenant, the Tenant hereby agrees to deliver in the form supplied by the Landlord a certificate to any proposed mortgagee or purchaser or to the Landlord, stating (if such be the case) that: (a) this Lease is unmodified and in full force and effect (or if there have been any modifications, that this Lease is in full force and effect as modified and identify the modification agreements, if any) or if this Lease is not in full force and effect, the certificate shall so state; (b) the date of the commencement of the Term; (c) the date to which the Minimum Rent has been paid under this Lease; and (d) whether or not there is any existing default by the Tenant in the payment of Minimum Rent or other sum of money under this Lease, and whether or not there is any other existing default by either party under this Lease with respect to which a notice of default has been served, and if there is any such default, specifying the nature and extent thereof.
Status Statement. Within 10 days after written request by the Landlord, the Tenant shall deliver in a form supplied by the Landlord a statement or estoppel certificate to the Landlord as to the status of this Lease, including as to whether this Lease is unmodified and in full force and effect (or, if there have been modifications that this Lease is in full force and effect as modified and identifying the modification agreements); the amount of Net Rent and Additional Rent then being paid and the dates to which same have been paid; whether or not there is any existing or alleged default by either party with respect to which a notice of default has been served and if there is any such default, specifying the nature and extent thereof; and any other matters pertaining to this Lease as to which the Landlord shall request such statement or certificate.

(e) where there are any defences or counter-claims against enforcement of the obligations to be performed by the Tenant under this Lease; and, (f) with reasonable particularity, details respecting the Tenant's and any Indemnifier's financial standing and corporate organization.
Status Statement. Within ten (10) days after written request by the Landlord, the Tenant will deliver in a form supplied by the Landlord, a status statement or a certificate (which will be certified by the Tenant to be accurate) to any proposed purchaser, assignee, lessor or mortgagee, or to the Landlord, which will contain such acknowledgements and information as is customarily called for in status statements and estoppel certificates delivered in conjunction with commercial tenancies together with any additional acknowledgements and information as any proposed purchaser, assignee, lessor or mortgagee requires.

Status Statement. At any time and from time to time within 10 days after a written request by the Landlord, the Tenant will execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Landlord or an assignee, Mortgagee, proposed purchaser or other person as the Landlord designates, a certificate in a form and content reasonably requested by the Landlord to include, without limitation, statements that: (a) this Lease is unmodified and in force in accordance with its terms (or if there have been modifications, that this Lease is in force as modified, and identifying the modifications, or if this Lease is not in force, that it is not) and that the Tenant is in possession of the Premises; (b) the commencement date and expiry date of this Lease; (c) the date to which Rent has been paid with particulars of any prepayment of Rent; (d) whether or not there is an existing default by the Tenant in the payment of Rent or any other sum of money under this Lease, and whether or not there is any other existing default by any party under this Lease concerning which a notice of default has been given, and if there is any, specifying its nature and extent; and (e) whether or not there are any set-offs, defences or counterclaims against the enforcement of the obligations of the Tenant under this Lease.
