Additional Tests, Surveys, Etc. The Designer shall be responsible for determining the types of testing required for the Project, and shall obtain services from subcontractors. Both the services and the subcontractors shall be approved by the Authority and Department. Such services shall be paid for as provided in Article 7- Reimbursable Expenses unless such services are specifically included as Basic Services in the RFS. Such services may include but need not be limited to: 3.3.1 Site surveys, borings, and test pits; 3.3.2 Structural tests on buildings to be rehabilitated; 3.3.3 Soil tests.
