Common use of Additional Title Documents Clause in Contracts

Additional Title Documents. The Seller and the Purchaser each agree, at any time, and from time to time, upon the request of the other party, to execute and deliver such additional instruments and documents of conveyance as shall be reasonably necessary to vest in the Purchaser its full legal or equitable title in and to the Assets. The Purchaser shall prepare such instruments and documents of conveyance (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Seller) as shall be necessary to vest title to the Assets in the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall be responsible for recording such instruments and documents of conveyance. All expenses incurred by the Purchaser in compliance with this Section 3.04 shall be allocated between the Purchaser and the Seller in accordance with Section 19.03 of the Master Purchase Agreement.
