Additional Training Courses. At TM’s request, Luminex shall, at its sole discretion, provide additional training courses to TM, its Affiliates, its subsidiaries, its Subdistributors, other third parties and End User purchasers of the Luminex Instrument.

Additional Training Courses. At DiaCarta’s written request (which can be made via e-mail) and expense, Luminex may, at its sole discretion and on terms and conditions acceptable to Luminex, provide additional training courses to DiaCarta, its Affiliates, its permitted Subdistributors, End User purchasers of Luminex Instruments, and other designated third parties.

  • Additional Training Should the introduction of new methods of operation create a need for the perfection or acquisition of skills requiring a training period longer than one (1) year, the additional training time shall be a subject for discussion between the Board and the Union.

(iv) Training data and documentation necessary for training detailed in Appendix A to this Clause 16 will be and will not be revised. Training data and documentation will be marked “FOR TRAINING ONLY” and as such will be supplied for the sole and express purpose of training. (v) Upon the request of the Buyer [*], the Seller will collect and pack for consolidated shipment to the Buyer’s facility, all training data and documentation of the Buyer’s trainees attending training at the Seller’s Training Center. This training data and documentation will be delivered [*].   • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.
