Additional Trust Certificates. Any person may at any time deposit with the Trustee additional certificates for Shares and thereby become a Holder hereunder. Any DLJ affiliate acquiring Shares shall, if required under this Agreement, become a Holder by (a) depositing, or causing to be deposited, certificates for Shares, duly endorsed for transfer, with the Trustee and (b) accepting a Voting Trust Certificate in respect of such Shares.
