Delegate. If the Employing Authority lawfully authorises a delegate to act on its behalf, a reference in this contract to the Employing Authority includes a reference to that delegate.
Delegate. A “delegate” refers to a person who has been explicitly designated to the position of Vice President, Xxxx or Director by a Vice President, Xxxx or Director as appropriate. This person shall not be a member of the Association.

Delegate transfer or assign any of their obligations or liabilities under this Agreement, or any part thereof, to any other person or entity.

Delegate. The Seller acknowledges that each Issuer has delegated certain of its rights under the Master Trust Deed to the Delegate and the Delegate may:
(a) enforce the obligations of the Seller under this Agreement on behalf of the Issuer; and
(b) exercise the rights of the Issuer, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Master Trust Deed.
Delegate. The Wakeel acknowledges that each Trustee has delegated certain of its rights under the Master Trust Deed to the Delegate and the Delegate may:
(a) enforce the obligations of the Wakeel under this Agreement on behalf of each Trustee; and
(b) exercise the rights of each Trustee, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Master Trust Deed.
Delegate. When possible, each Delegate shall represent only the employees in his or her location as designated above. This right shall not be abused, and if abused, shall be withdrawn from the individual abusing the privilege. The Executive Board Member and the three (3) Chief Delegates will be the last to be laid off within their respective classifications. The Union shall identify the Executive Board Member and Chief Delegates to the Director of Employee and Labor Relations by October 1 of each contract year.
