Additional Value-Added Services. The additional value-added Services in Exhibit "2" will be provided to Customer by ABDC for [*****] for Facilities that meet minimum Net Purchase levels.
Additional Value-Added Services. The additional value-added Services in Exhibit “2” will be provided to Customer by ABDC for $0.00 per month per Facility for Facilities that meet minimum Net Purchase levels.
Additional Value-Added Services. The additional value-added Services in Exhibit “2” will be provided to Customer’s Facilities, at the election of Customer’s Facilities, by ABDC for * if Customer maintains ABDC as its Primary Vendor. In the event Customer does not maintain ABDC as its Primary Vendor, such Services will be provided at a reasonable monthly charge.
Additional Value-Added Services. 4.1.1. The following additional value added services are not included within the SLA: Data Conversion, On-sight or Phone Training, Custom Software Configuration, Custom Programming, IT/Hardware services (including printer and other peripheral equipment setups, and Extended Support as previously mentioned in Section 2.1.2.
4.1.2. The services referenced in Section 4.1.1 may be available at a negotiated billable rate.
Additional Value-Added Services. ABDC will provide the additional value-added Services in Exhibit “2” at no additional monthly cost.
Additional Value-Added Services. All additional value added services described in Point 3 part 4, are to be costed into the advice fee charged on the Provident Fund, and will not be charged in addition to this fee. There may be some exceptions where enhancements on the stated services are requested by the client or its individual members. These fees will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon by both parties before the service is rendered.
Additional Value-Added Services. Offerors are encouraged to provide additional value added services. These services are not required, but will be considered and evaluated. Examples of value added services include equipment maintenance and repair services, product dispenser programs, product or equipment demonstrations and training, new equipment sales in-service training, consulting services and product assessment or evaluation, other training and certification of custodial personnel, etc. PSA reserves the right to accept or reject any additionally proposed products or services in the best interest of PSA participating member entities.
Additional Value-Added Services. Terms regarding additional Services to be provided by ABDC are as set forth in Exhibit 8.
Additional Value-Added Services. The CSP should, at no time, offer any services to students without prior notification to CalUniversity. Failure to adequately inform CalUniversity of this provision represents grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement. CalUniversity reserves the right to reject the services or fee amounts charged to its students based on such disclosure. All Actions of the CSP in regard to this agreement will be monitored by CalUniversity staff.
