Data Retention. The Company will hold and use the Data only as long as is necessary to implement, administer and manage the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, or as required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, including under tax and security laws.

When the Company no longer needs the Participant’s Personal Data for any of the above purposes, the Participant understands the Company will remove it from its systems.
Data Retention. 11.1 The Parties agree to erase Personal Data from any computers, storage devices and storage media that are to be retained as soon as practicable after it has ceased to be necessary for them to retain such Personal Data under applicable Data Protection Legislation and their privacy policy (save to the extent (and for the limited period) that such information needs to be retained by the a Party for statutory compliance purposes or as otherwise required by the contract), and taking all further actions as may be necessary to ensure its compliance with Data Protection Legislation and its privacy policy.

This period may extend beyond the Participant’s period as a Service Provider. When the Company and/or the Service Recipient no longer need Data for any of the above purposes, they will cease processing it in this context and remove it from all of their systems used for such purposes to the fullest extent practicable.

Data Retention. Upon the termination of the License for a specific Hosted Licensed Property, Customer Data will be preserved for fifteen (15) days (the "Retention Period") and made available to Customer within a commercially reasonable timeframe. After the Retention Period the Customer Data will be permanently deleted from AvePoint's Server and shall be irrecoverable by the Customer. After the Retention Period, AvePoint makes no representations or warranties as to the preservation or integrity of Customer Data. Customer hereby agrees that AvePoint shall have no obligation to retain Customer Data after the Retention Period, unless otherwise prohibited by law. If Customer purchases a new License for the same Hosted Licensed Property prior to the end of the Retention Period, Customer Data shall remain available to Customer.

Optionee understands that the Company will use his or her Personal Data only as long as is necessary to implement, administer and manage his or her participation in the Plan, or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, including under tax and securities laws. In the latter case, Optionee understands and acknowledges that the Company’s legal basis for the processing of his or her Personal Data would be compliance with the relevant laws or regulations. When the Company no longer needs Optionee’s Personal Data for any of the above purposes, Optionee understands the Company will remove it from its systems.
