Additional Warranties. The Parties and, to the extent it is concerned, the Corporation, must immediately take the steps that are necessary or convenient, or cause them to be taken, sign additional documents and other documents, certificates, shareholders’ meeting minutes, amendments to the by-laws and other instruments and shall exercise the rights granted by the Shares, so as to ensure compliance with the provisions, purpose and spirit of this Shareholders’ Agreement to the fullest extent possible and guarantee that they become fully effective.
